But last year players were not moved to free agents .
It would be great if Konami would advise us with issues like that.
In ML all of the Free Agent players are available for transfer for all teams. This can be a mixed blessing because I have lots of duplicate players with messed up nationalities. It would be better if they were locked out of ML but were kept in the game for editing.

Let's just see what happens when the new dlc come out. Which will be release WITHIN THIS YEAR. I can't believe they use those words. Even 31 December is still within this year:angry:
And they told us to don't edit anything until it come out. How can I left the edit mode untouch for all that time?!

I don't know last year for PS4 version, but sure that on PS3 version, they moved to the free agent, and disappear after the 2nd DLC applied.
Right, so I didn't do any faces right now, just change the roster (cos I didn't click the update box for any roster update from Konami but put the players in by myself) and put the kits design only.

We can't know for sure until the correct datapack come out, because there's still a lot missing transfers

Felipe melo and Alex telles both inter are missing as is jakub blaszczykowski fiorentina, Virgil van dijk Southampton and a couple others I can't remember off the top of my head

Konami has a released a number of screenshots showing the implementation of the newly released Germany, Italy and Spain national team kits in the game.
Konami Brings New 2016 National Team Kits to PES 2016
Released this week, the new Adidas and Puma national team jerseys are set to be used at Euro 2016 and the 2018 World Cup qualifiers following afterwards. In fact, Konami even has the exclusive license to the tournament, which makes today's announcement a weird one from a business perspective, but a great one for fans of the game nonetheless.
On top of the kits and boots, the second PES 2016 DLC will also finally complete summer transfers, after the recently launched Data Pack 1 was missing moves conducted in the last few days of August.
A release date for PES 2016 Data Pack 2 was not disclosed by Konami, which announced "more news to follow soon".
Does this mean we will have gundogan in Germany NT.

I highly doubt it. They very rarely update NT.
In fact, you can see from the screen shot of Italy's, they still got Immobile and Ranocchia even though they're not called up in the latest squad.

They are tooo lazzzy.They have Gundogan face in game its only to add.They can't do that only.
Thats why they are making NT unlicensed so that they do not have to make present face eg GREECE NT unlicensed that why there are some players with no real faces.
Now there only few NT licensed, in future don't maybe none.

Veratti uses #10 in his shirt but #5 in his short.
NT´s dont be updated, they only make that for the World Cup.

Konami has announced all content featuring the 2016 UEFA European Championship will be free for PES 2016 users.
What do they mean by users?
And does it mean they will update NT Teams.

Based on 2014 (World Cup dlc), yes they will update the NT. BUT, usually near the end of the season or atleast when the Euro dlc comes out.

Because 2014 WC DLC was released in March and Netherlands Brazil got licence so it means Euro 2016 might release in March maybe.
Will they license NT which have qualified?

All players that are removed of they're and dont have a new team in pes2016 go to free agent list after dlc 1.0
They don't disappear from the game.
