because, since he's injured, he's not playing for the national team and he's substitued by Moussa Dembele (Dortmund) or Gameiro (At. Madrid). So he may be ingame when the game is released but might disappear after update.

The NT rosters will be based on Euro rosters. And Konami hardly ever update NT rosters, unless there's a big event like Euro or World Cup. And even if they update the NT, usually it's always toward the end of the season (near the kick off of the event)
