Hi - any tips on scoring from corners? I'm still using the old (PES3 I think..) trick of hitting it close to the keeper and curling the ball away, but it's nowhere near as successful now (PES6). Should I wait for players to make runs etc, or just curl it in the same way every time?

I still dow hat Ive always done - move the direction slightly away from the goal - only slightly though, and press forward with my directional pad to keep the ball lower and kick it quite hard bending the ball depending on what my players preferred foot is. So if I have a left footed player taking a corner from the left I will bend it away from the goal - if the corner is on the right I will bend it inwards (so I may start the direction a tiny bit farther away from the goal than from the left)

Doesnt work all the time but every now and then a player will connect with an almost unstoppable bullet header.

i just make sure my players are in the middle first...i usually make a cb to attack the corner. usually has like 5 people in there...i think...

but the way you cross the ball in depends on the player crossing and his swerve rating. When i used beckham to take my corners..i think...a 25% conversion rate which is good.
