Playing tonight and just found cause to comment and ask this question.
Playing an exhibition match on Top Player difficulty, Napoli (me) v Frankfurt (CPU). A Frankfurt player received two yellow cards for 1. bad tackle on Callejon and 2. an elbow to the face of Callejon later on (I envisaged that these two were having a bit of a set-to all through the game :tongue.*
Anyway, this was on 55 minutes, and it was a CB that received his marching orders. To my confusion though, Frankfurt failed to reorganise their team to plug the gap, and played the remaining 35 minutes with a gaping hole in their defence. Admittedly they were already 2-0 down so maybe were throwing caution to the wind a little bit, but still, even if you didn't want to bring on another defender, you'd shuffle a full back into centre back and play a 3 there, surely? It's weird because so much else of the A.I. tactical nouse is really impressive.
Has anyone else experienced a CPU red card that they just haven't adjusted to?
*As a footnote, gotta say I love this on two counts - firstly, CPU would NEVER get players sent off, rarely even booked, on any PES or FIFA I can recall. Here, especially when you're playing a lower-ability team, they'll mix it up a lot more, it's great. Secondly, I love that stray arms and elbows are swung now and again and that refs sometimes call them, sometimes don't. Great stuff.
