create custom team badge-logo?

Who here has graphics skills and enjoys using them?

Well, I don't. So...

Anyone want to create a custom team badge-logo for my ML team, East Green United? Assistance greatly appreciated, because my artistic skills are nil.

Details:
Home shirt color--green
Away shirt color--white or gold
Team colors: green, gold, black.

I'm hoping for a nice shield-style badge with '54' prominent in the center. Maybe crossed swords through the middle. Probably black and green, trimmed in an Ireland shirt green color.

Again, I have no artistic or graphic design talents, and I understand there are those who enjoy creating kits and badges.
