Created players in ML

Hi, I did a quick search on the ML forum and couldn't find anything specific. I was just wondering, do computer controlled teams ever sign created players? If they're left in the created players section do they ever get signed? I recall on the PS2 that my created players were never signed but I haven't played the next gen versions enough to see for myself. Would they have to be registered first to have any activity?

From what I experienced, the AI teams sign created players. I had once created "Ronaldo" (the Brazilian one) just for fun, with his legendary stats copied from PES Stats Database. Guess what? Chelsea signed him, and the game started to become unrealistic.

Chelsea shelling out the cash for a superstar sounds pretty realistic, though I guess that's more City's M.O. now. That's actually great for me, I don't think I'll have that problem. I used Football Manager to create some players to beef up my national squad in BAL and they're not great so it should be fine. This actually raises another question though, I remember in the PS2 versions when you signed a created player, you were actually given a duplicate. Is this also the case on the next-gen PES 2011? Would I get several Chen Xing's? Though saying that, I doubt he'll get signed anyways.

Hmmm, I don't really understand you. I think there won't be any duplications like what you said. You sign Ronaldo and that one Ronaldo is yours. Others who wanna sign that Ronaldo have to negotiate with you.
