Creating Logo for Kits?

Hi I play with Boca on Pro Evo and am trying to make the new centenary shirt and then import it via kitserver with all the other Boca kits I have got.

I have no idea how to make kits so I started using the best Boca kit I have got, which I think is one of Sparks, and removing the Pepsi logo in Paint.

Now I am a bit stuck though! How do I make a decent looking logo, I made one in paint and when its put on the shirt it just doesnt look right. I guess I need to use the same technique as the guys who make kits but how do I do it and what program do I use?

Any help would be much appreciated and thanks to Spark who made the kit in the first place.

Good plan! I found one in the end, part of some Argentinian patch. I just got Photoshop so I think I could have done it myself now - its a really useful program.
