creating stadiums

Hi can anyone help me, im new to editing games and i wondered if i can create my own stadium and import it into the game, or edit other stadiums. Sorry if this is in another thread i havent found one the same. Hope you can help. Thanx

does anyone no where to download a stadium editor im sure ive seen one somewhere but cant find it

what you need to do is:

get rhino Editor
get HARP stadium Builder
and various other tools OIFTool etc
