Crossing - Cross stance vs. lookup cross

Guys

I have been working on my crossing. Two questions

1) I just wanted to now which one is more effective. The lookup cross or the crossing stance.

2) When I try to perform the Lookup cross I end up being in crossing stance? How do I do it? When do I press L1+R1 » O for Lookup cross vs. crossing stance = L1 » R1x3

Well I had two questions...One is the lookup cross vs. crossing stance

the other is having trouble performing the lookup cross.... I hope this clears the confusion...

i remember reading something on it ,but the only cross i use is the3 circle one ,which drives it across the floor ,and the only reason i use this is ,i am not confident at heading as compared to shooting

but 1 thing i do ,is glance at the radar before i cross the positition of the first defender is important ,no defender there and i cross it in early ,if theres a defender i wait till he comes close then i double tap r1 to push the ball away to gain an extra yard then whip it in

if theres two defenders there then i cross it in and hope for a corner

Crossing stance(L1+R1x3) will give more power,curl and accuracy to your cross when you r dashing i think..
Look up cross(L1+R1) is a good way for crossing if your opponents are meters away from you n you are waiting for your teamates to take place in the box..will give more power,curl and accuracy to your cross too

The lookup cross is useful for when your not sprinting and there is a latecomer in the box.
