Data pack 2.0 to restore created faces

I thought I would let people know I logged in to start more editing this morning (after spending all last night fixing konami's f**k up) only to see message saying they are going to release a data pack 2.0 to restore all created faces you made before data pack 1.0!! Konami saying any editing done after data pack 1 will be deleted, so not to edit until after next release :crymore::angry::no:

Just setting up this thread to see if I can get any further news on what this data pack is going to include or is it just a fix??

Love PES and glad I come back this year for the gameplay but this is getting beyond a joke!!

Not seen this, it depends it could just be a fix for this issue, but equally it could also update the remaining transfers

Yeah. This is completely insane. Have never seen something like that before.

I think there are to solutions in this case.

1. Start that f****** ML on these conditions, and without the Bundesliga and so on.
2. Leave PES 2016 this year.

Personally i don't think i want to let my frustration continue.

When you enter the game there is a ''news''. Here they apologies, and then write that last in the message. They can't even give us a date.

Something must be totally wrong with this game.

It's kinda sad.

Personally this year was my return for PES. But i can't believe this is really happening. People maybe start their ML now. Because when will they find a solution? Konami doesn't even know.

Their is no ''happy ending'' for Konami this time now. They screwed up and a lot of people will leave their game in the same year, when the gameplay looked very promising.

People don't want to play half-finished games, as PES are because of the lacking of licenses. Konami have furthermore removed every opportunity to make this game nice. Now they actually asking people NOT to edit anything until they find a solution. But hey? The DP 2.0 will release before... THE END OF THE YEAR.

I thought I might have been a bit rash putting up my copy on PES on ebay after yesterday but the more I see and read, I think I made the right choice. No video game is worth this much fucking hassle.

I love PES so much... me and my bro were playing online last night, he lives the other side of the country, and the gameplay was terrific. It was like old times (PES6 - staying up till 5am playing it)

The current state of affairs is just mind-boggling. The main reason people don't switch from FIFA is because of licenses/names etc, and the fact they just want something easy and convenient. I actually think most people generally care less for gameplay than they do real names/kits. Regardless of gameplay, the truth it is is massive ball-ache having to do something to the game (or find someone talented enough to do it and help you) to make it actually worth playing (and don't even get me started on limited emblem slots, no sharing option files, etc)

This recent news (and the completely inane/don't care response and attitude from KONAMI regarding it) is likely going to completely destroy the faith this small community has. We are the underdog, and it just seems like KONAMI don't really care about the franchise anymore

If it wasn't for the amazing PES community (Glen PESWORLD, or Cypes for us lonely PS3 folk!) then we would all be either playing a 60% complete game, or sitting around, spending the time we should be playing, typing in names/badges/kits!

With all that said, its just seems completely insane how KONAMI are treating us.

Reminds me ... The first time i got really burned by them was when i bought PES 2014 - the first fox engine based PES - on PS3. It was an unplayable mess, half finished, editing left lots to be desired... barely any real faces in it etc. Definitely played the worst in my opinion too. After the highly enjoyable PES13 it was like a big slap in the face, and it sat gathering dust. I ended up updating 13' and playing that all year.

This year they finally get a game we can be proud, but then somehow manage to cripple it with a shotgun blast to the knees!

This is the biggest farce i've ever known, 20 years of gaming, and quite frankly it's ridiculous. All they had to do was update the pissing rosters, in 2 months, 2 MONTHS!

So, can someone explain what's happening now because i'm too pissed off to get my head around it!

i'm in the process of fixing the kits, done prem and half way through championship, should i now stop? will DP2 wipe it all?

Or, are they just saying i should refrain from changing faces, stats, missing transfers and creating the Bundesliga etc?

Can someone help, before i click through to eBay and PAY someone to take this mess off me :no:

I just asked myself what will happen if I never apply DP1 and when it's there I download DP2, what will happen to the whole swiss league I wanted to edit starting this weekend.

What i cannot understand is why Konami haven't setup an option file system in the same way you can import kits using USB files, you cant export EDIT.bin, the same way???

They're a joke, that's why. All they have to do to save themselves, slightly, is just release a roster update for the missing days of the window. Surely they could do that by Monday. But no, "within the year" - have they employed a chimp with a typewriter as a dev?

I know false thread but I couldn't find the PM-Option.I want to edit the Super league aswell. On which console are you using PES16? I If you have any kits or other data could you please post it i my thread.

I was just wondering if anyone knows if u can switch off auto updates for the game on ps4?

I know some people reading this might be thinking 'it's your problem for wanting bundesliga' but that's not the point, if u have a edit mode u should be able to use it without constant fixes after Konami data pack release.

I'm sooo close to moving back to the dark side.

Why don't you use the import & export feature ?
I do this every year to avoid Konami screwing me up.. the hard edited stuff like the German league & extra teams i export them all before the update than import them back ?
there is thread for it here and i did this as well after the Thursday update
so play as much as you want & when they update the game just bring back the stuff you want instead of waiting for someone to update the OF
