Data Pack issue

Apparently I need to upload the latest Data Pack to play some games online (just started)...I'm currently using Pelegrini90's patch. Do I need to back that up first, before downloading the latest Data Pack, so that I don't lose all that data?

You should download Konami's datapack first then replace with Pele's option file. Safest option. If you do it backwards you can choose not to update Konami rosters but that is too risky. The only item you need to save to a USB first is the option file (edit file).

Thanks IronCity. The only thing is that I've made my own changes to Pele's patch (including players transfers, and I've created some stadia which I'll export), so I guess it makes more sense to back that up, then download the data pack, and then reinstall Pele's patch...right? Is there any risk to not downloading the official Data Pack first other than not having Konami's roster updates?

Ah, the player transfer issue. Probably an important one. Go with the same sequencing I mentioned, i.e., the sequence you mention before you asked right^^? You may want to scroll more through his thread to see players you will lose that you may want to base copy or a few players that faces don't look right from Konami. I think Pele downloaded Konami and then went back in to re-edit his file so he lost players like everyone else did.

I don't know the risk of reversing the sequence. In Pele's thread he suggested Konami pack then his option file so I would stick with this sequence. Konami data pack will overwrite all of Pele's transfers and yours.

You hit it right with the export stadia move before doing anything.
