I started with my edited Team A default players. At the end of the first season I got a 2 million pound offer for one of my January signings and took it. I've got 4 million pounds and a solid team after all my signings - avg 69, best player 77. I should be able to get promoted..
So all my staff are on level 1. Which salaries if any should I be raising? I have 2 players Palmieri and Oscar off the youth team starting who on the second year are increasing in stats very quickly. I also would have had Gutierrez starting who gets better fast, but the last game of the season he hit an 8 month injury. Luckily I loaned him out! :laugh:
Think its worth the athletic trainer/coach for the 2 youth players I called up? Or a good level 3 scout and more signings? Of the 4 million pounds how much would you spend on staff? Or focus on youth team and try to make money there?
