Hey

I can't seem to defend properly anymore. The players never attack the balls.

They don't seem to defend the balls good enough when crosses come in from the opponents...

All the goals i have conceded are from headers.

Can someone please tell me how to defend properly.

Hey lad. Defending in Pes 2010 is pretty easy but it takes some training. It´s mostly all about closing spaces so the AI needs to find other ways through your defence. And try not to sprint to much as your players will become tired if you do that. Use button A, Hold it and run towards the AI who has the ball. Using the A button isn´t always nessacary if your defender is stronger than the AI player. About defending corners you should move your player where you suspect the ball will be coming in and press the shooting button to clear the ball with your head, using the passing button to head the ball is also very useful but you have to be sure that you will win the header. Yeah. That´s pretty much it. I´m probs forgetting something :)
It takes practise to learn how to defend.
