defenders coming up for corners

I don't know if you can.

You should make a strategy, where when you press L2+O, or something, you play 5 up front, with defenders up front. Use it only for corners.

how do you set it only for corners? i put in my strategy A for my defenders positions to be set as strikers so they should be up in the forward area, but they dont move up for corners, only open play. any ideas? thanx

Hold L2 and tap R1 untill the attack/defence bar is to the top. You'll then have to change the kicker for it to take effect but you can change back to take the kick. Hope it helps.

like trooper said, just put your attack at full and it brings your defenders up on corners. i play as man u an when i have full attack, ferdinand is always getting his head on the ball. only thing is it leaves you vulnerable to some wicked counters. peace

in open play if i need a goal i often use the cb overlap stratergy with dan agger, hes really strong and can pretty much run round most defenders coz of it and having that extra man makes it rally difficult to defender,be careful tho!!!counters are wicked!!!

Also, If you put the attacking arrows (Formation menu, Edit Position, Individual) for a CB to move forward they will usually come deep into the oppostions half. Players like Heitinga can shoot great long goals and I've had John Terry getting in the box for corners/freekicks without using the attack/defence bar.

When will people actually start searching instead of making these threads over and over again. I mean we have a guy who can't even bother to read the thread he's looking at before posting. Both of them would be severely flamed and banned in other forums :p

I created a formation where as soon as the ball is about to roll out for a corner i hold L2 and square and all my big guys who are good for headers (defenders, tall people in general) go up for the corner and my small people stay back to defend....also works well for when ur losing and need a goal so just play the long ball
