For those of us that are hoping for improvements from the demo to the final game then we may as well stop dreaming now.

Jon Murphy has said on twitter that the demo is the final build although they will issue an online update but I can't see that will change anything in terms of gameplay/graphics etc. I suppose they just mean player rosters.

Is it possible they can or will issue an update that can improve gameplay?

I'm very happy with the demo but there are areas that need improving but doesn't look like that will happen.

whats wrong with the gameplay? I think its great! The only improvement they could make are the goalies and didn't Jon Murphy say the update will be to fix the goalies??

they're both far from realistic, fifa due to f* up player stats, AI issues and pes due to gameplay issues. So there is no winner when it comes to realistic football.

Not at all. Go to his twitter account and take a look if you don't believe me.
Besides I'm happy with the demo, just a few small tweaks I would like to see but if it doesn't happen then that's fine.

I agree, I think the gameplay is great, yes I would like to see some improvements but if they don't happen it's fine, I'll still be buying the game.

I follow Murphy and there's nothing saying this demo is the final code. Feel free to point it out if there is, but I've just rechecked and there isn't anything from the last two weeks. He says bugs are being passed on to the team too.

I follow him too, just look at his tweets and you will see he says the demo is the same as final build but they will do an online update.

i would be highly surprised if they had time to sort the goalies out in time, surely they realised they were awful when they tested it throughout development?!?!??!! big let down cos the games actually the best its been since ps2 days. facepalm

Last year, patches changed gameplay by a fair ammount (for a patch), so I think this year there'll be some improvements.... and by the way, the demo2 is NOT the final version.

Whi is this idiot spreading false rumors about demo being final game?

The game is really good. Keepers arent that bad only if you dont defend well.

The micropausing when scoring some of the goals is unacceptable on the box.

Idiot? I'm merely quoting what Jon Murphy has said. Look at the link to his twitter account. And with regards to bugs being reported they can be sorted in an online update. I think the demo is great so like I said I'm happy either way.
