what paint packages are there and if i get it what do i pes4 file do i open when i download it?

Photoshop or PaintShopPro are the only ones I would recommend. However seen as though your even contemplating doing this in Microsoft Paint... I recommend you just go to www.thehun.com instead.

Does anybody know how to change what year it was created in, and the capacity of the stadium? I have searched on pesinsight, and also in the e_text.afs file using DkZ Studio, but I still could not find it?
