There should be instructions included with the patch, in a word/notepad document.
You will need to have WinRAR installed to uncompress any .rar files to show you the specific patch files and more info. Do a search to find a guide I wrote for using WinRAR (click on search and type in "WinRAR").
Basically you need to copy the files from the patch into the appropriate PES4 folder (overwriting the previous files with the patched updates). This info is true for the Wolf's patches for PC PES4.
In future, let us know which patch you have

and what have you tried? as it isn't exactly rocket science, I don't see how you can do it wrong

have you made sure that you have downloaded all of wolfs patch? there is a version that is cut into many parts, and there is a version that is just one big file.
make sure you have the whole patch.
when you've done that, extract the patch

hey there, I need help for the last wolf patch (The Wolf 2005 Evolution Patch). I downloaded the patch, extracted the files and replaced my old files. When I start the game everything seems to be ok, but when the match should start the game closes itself and I´m back at the desktop! can anyone help?

If oyu have used previous patches without problem then it sounds like your graphics card may be one of those that has problems with the new ball model? There's a thread on the forums at soccergaming.tv about a utility which might be able to force some settings on your card that gets round the problem, if that's what it is.

thx 4 ur reply! I found the thread, I downloaded 3d-analyzer, I downloaded directx 9.0c, but when I try to "run" the game through 3d-analyzer the prog tells me: "error while injecting dll into target process"... I dunno what to do now.. any suggestions?
