ive just played a few games of winning eleven, it might actually play a bit slower than the pes2010 demo, either way i'll be buying pes2010

I've tried the WE demo on PS3 and agree that it improves on PES10's responsiveness, however I was impressed with the PES10 demo anyway and will still be purchasing it.

I'm wondering if the response times could be based on TV differences? I don't have a problem with the PES10 demo, it's perfectly playable and enjoyable. I'm playing it on PS3 with a 20" HDTV, while my mate who's playing it on a 30"+ HDTV and he's pretty much stating it's unplayable. :\

I'd imagine that could be part of the problem for some people then. I believe it's happened with certain games before and I remember the whole PES2008 replay fiasco and people with certain TV's having no problems while others would complain no end. Hopefully, it'll be fixed just as PES2008 if my memory serves. It's definitely less of a problem on the WE Japanese demo for me (and that's a newer build I believe)... I've yet to hear my mate's verdict on the WE demo though.

Well after playing a few games i can say this is an improvement over the last demo. The response issue is on longer better keeper AI and this new superstar diffuculty is something else. It took me a while just to get it out of my own half and Im BRAZIL for goodness sake!!! I can only imagine being a weaker side let alone the top team in the world on this difficulty.

Wow. This demo is DEFINATELY better than the pes demo. It's much smoother so it creates much better play.
This proved my point a while back when the pes demo was released. SMALL ISSUES LIKE RESPONSIVNESS MAKE SERIOUS CHANGES TO THE OVERALL GAMEPLAY. :)

downloading it now... how comes the WE demo has all the little fixes but pes 2010 doesn't?

EDIT:

Just played the WE demo and it feels so much better than pes2010. If the final version of pes2010 is anything like this, then i will def be buying it.

Well,Adam from WENB said that the WE demo "doesn't have the magic of his build" (the review build),which is a great thing :D
Already pre-ordered my copy ;)

top class mate.never cross my mind somenthing like.honestly.this japonese version is more fluid(the ball and the players react better),the shoot and pass got more flavour,brazil squad faces are so realistic.the new stadium have some quality visuals has well.nice mate,hope you right if the europeen final product looks like this.

Played a few games with my mate and our 1st impression is it puts the pes demo to shame. More smooth, more responsive, and imo the frame rate is higher. Superstar difficulty is nice, I guess Konami believes Europe is not good enough for it which is a shame :lol2:. Also playing as Brazil is nice just too bad Spain is not in as well cuz they rock this year.

Gonna get me some solo action to try to spot more differences.

Damn this demo is good. Graphics look more spit shined and the game flows so much better. Turning and movement annimations seem tuned up and the general feel is alot better.

The reaction times are still there and annoying at times but they are not half as bad as in the pes demo. -Scap that they're amazing. I just ran in and out of 3 barca players with torres thanks to quick sharpe movment.

In the pes demo i was raping the regular level but in this Italy are really good on reg. They are putting in some great chip through balls and cutting passes. Amzing improvement.
