Difficulty level and being scouted

Hi,
What difficulty do people play BAL on? I'm now in my third season with Novara only been scouted once and was told I need to achieve a 7.0 ratting which to me is near impossible, especially playing for a team as bad as Novara.

Do people start on a lower difficulty and up it or right at the top, currently on top player. I would like a move as chances to score are hard to come by but as a result of 13 goals in 60 appearances is not that easy. I know at 19 my player has alot of improving so its no surprise i don't score a huge amount, but I fear i never will unless I move to a better team!

How do top teams perfrome on superstar do they help you as a player more by making good passes and that or will you be forever struggling to do well im playing professional and its still hard vecuase the AI isnt that great might just go for top player.

Search for clubs where theres a high chance you will play.
Add teams to desired teams.
If your scout is good enough and the desired team bad enough, you can get an offer without being scouted.
Superstar on 15minutes is the best option. I put the time up as well, as there seems to be less goals on average with superstar.
