Disabling classic players

Is there a way to disable the classic players in masters league. Just wish I could make the game a bit harder and realistic. Or do I have to install the game again?

Yeah, I want to do the same, but I don't think you can if youv'e bought them.

You need to use an option file where the classic players and teams are not unlocked from the shop.
