[DLC] Help!!!

I'd like to implement a new OF with different changes, but I want to start after a new konami winter-transfer-update will be released!
Does anyone have an idea when Konami will do an winter update?!

Could be next week, might not be until the middle of March. No one will know until a couple of days before its released

I think in will be in the middle of march!
Because in some countries, like Russia and Ukraine, the transfer-window is still open for about 30 Days. And I think with the next update, there will be all transfers completed.

Konami dont do all the transfer market they "close" the transfers until the end of the 3rd week of january more or less.

Or March 15, there is a net page of Konami where u can see every patch or DLC. It says when they were, what include or change, etc.
