Do players even improve?

im halfway through my first season in ml and havn't really noticed my players stats going up.. It was easier to identify in earlier pro evo's after each game but i dont really see anything on this which tells me which players are improving and which stat/skill has improved.

any help?

Don't worry, in the first year they improve so slowly and after the first year when the team know each other and improve more rapidly. You don't get any notice if your players improve in a specific stat which is ashame considering you could in later installments. The best or only way in that case is to go on squad list and look at their development graph but not even that shows if they improved in any specific stat or if they improved over the week
