Do your new players haven't make big impact at PES3?

I thought I find it frustrating times when I buy new players to my team that have not make a big impact in PES3. I thought some of my players who had played for my team, Ilola, Deco and other players didn't make a big impact for my team. I am keeping train them at all of the times, then trying to put them in the starting line-up, but they played so CRAP! I have forced to drop some of them to the bench or reserves. I felt I have waste the money for nothing, I would like to know if you have been done it before????

The teamwork rating is probably low, resulting in poor play, keep playing them, even if you bring them in as subs. Eventually they'll be good. That happens to me if I bring in a lot of players in the off-season, I'll draw my first few matches until the teamwork gets better.

Deco played for a half season for my team as Ilola had played about 4 seasons, it doesn't seem to improved their skills and teamwork with this team.

Same thing happened to me but with Gronkjaer i sold him to Roma after a terrible debut season for my WE United, i bought Simao right afterwards and he was much better for my team.

I am using Simao in my team Barca as winger, he is pretty good player.
