No, but you can still technically do it provided you play as that team in master league. Create the players, 'take over' the team changing kit and logos, then sign the players you've created. Take over a small club like Liverpool or something ;)

Strange, i was talking 'bout it(10 teams frm scratx) in a portuguese forum and a lot of ppl said it was possible (????)

If someone says it's possible then do share with us how to do it.

There are the same number of boxes for created players but you can't register created players to clubs. And another way might be to edit current clubs. Anything new, let us know. Thanks.
