what is the best OF. for PES 2010 US Version?

does it have one way to convert from UK OF to US OF?

You can't convert the UK or EU OF to US. As for the best one, depends on what you're looking for. Most I've seen have the kits/emblems correct for all the leagues in the game. Depends on what you want on the "Other Teams" section.
