i read somewhere that its possible to do a dummy when the winger gives a low cross into the box and the first player leaves it for the second player behind him.. apparently im suppsoed to hold :x: however ive tried it countless times but it doesnt work ..

Hey.. I tink to do a dummy u have to press and hold R1 when the ball is close to u, when u are receiving a pass. I'm not sure about low crosses tho.

i think it would would the same.. coz what does the type of low pass/cross matter... personally i have never tried it.. but why would u want to leave it? the amount of times those things get through it so minimal you should be snapping up anything that comes ur way from those things..

A lot of top players use the R1 dummy to good effect. It's really confusing as it's unexpected. Remember those European cup matches where Andy Cole and Dwight Yorke kept dummying those passes through for each other? I recall a great goal scored by them against Barcelona. Might take a bit of practice but it should be achievable in PES too. Hold R1 to let the pass/cross through and let the guy who receives it give a first time through ball and the defence should be all over the place while your player has time to pick his spot. It might just work.

i dont think your absoulty right there because u might dummy and leave it open for a player behind that has more space and more room too do something more better with the ball.....also say it was drvin in front post then u would not be able to get a shot in

You can overide a player by pressing R1 & R2!

It is alot more effective as the player can wonder anywhere and the ball doesnt seem to slow down as much when the ball passes thorugh the players legs

the ball dosent slow down i think u mean the player is static by doing this motion

i mean when you hold down R1 on its own to allow the player to let it go through their legs, its always seems to slow very quickly afterwards, but if you use the R1, R2 method it seems not to
