Easy goal from free kick.

If you happen to have C. Ronaldo on your team then your in for a treat.

Now...if you get a free kick anywhere between 25-45 M out...you can score most of the time.

NOTE: It does not work from closer that 25 M.

Method: Now this is what you do.

1) Select Ronaldo for the free kick.
2) Press RB+LB (R1+L1) so that the 2nd free kick taker is beside him.
3) Press LB + A...he will roll it in front of Ronaldo
4) Hit full power and watch the ball float in to the net.

NOTE: It works with Ronaldo because he is far away from the ball...with most other players the ball is too close to their feet and they hit it poorly.

NOTE: You can score from 45 M out sometimes.

NOTE: If you don't score you will make the keeper pull off a magnificant save.

I tried with lampard.. and he always hit the wall.. 30% he scored..
any command to knock the ball further while L1 + x?

Try swapping the side of the player who kicks the ball (by pressing LB+RB a second time) and dont forget to aim the shot past the wall.

i don't know if this counts as cheating, but the best way to score a freekick (although you can't be too far away from the goal) is to aim to just inside the post, press down, and push the circle button (the one that crosses the ball) and the ball will go under the wall of defenders and into the goal.
