I have made a player and want to know how i register them with club teams. The book doesnt explain and i wondered if some1 could help.

Yes you can. They are under "other" in the team listing.

If you want to add a non-existing player to a team, you could eventually make the desired player instead of one of the players in the PES United or WE United team. If you are lucky, you can even find a player with the right nationality...
