I edited all the english teams which didnt have their correct names. When I exited my game and ran it the next time the changes were gone. Then I realized that they come back when I go to the edit menu and press 'Load'. I also have to do this every time I start the game. Is there any solution to this?

Perhaps download maccroix's option file?

Or search for an option file with all the team names corrected, copy it over your option file, and that should eliminate the need to load everytime.

Personally I just downloaded the option file at first, and I've never had to keep loading.
