I have Kuyt V3 patch installed but I want to change all the teams in the bundesliga into classic club teams like 1988-1998 AC Milan, 1996-2002 Barcelona etc.

Can anyone tell me how I can do that, maybe link me to tutorials that can change team strips, logos etc.
