Enable 3D on PS3

you need a 3d tv

If the game does not support 3d it wont work in 3d. Changing in the color of screen to bo able to see 2 different colors does not mean it does support 3d.

if you have a 3d tv and its still gray means there is no 3d , they most likey didn't put it in the game which is why its gray or maybe there adding it in the next patch

Check this YouTube video you need to set your ps3 to 3d first
