Ok, I feel like I should say something, because I've been downloading this all day and the instructions for installation are all in Italian, with only English instructions for the installation of the language patch.
Download the 8 parts, unzip, and place those in your PES5/dat/ folder. Simple.
Next, download the kit server KDB.rar and the kitserver.zip. Unzip the kitserver.zip first and place that in your PES5/ folder (NOT THE DAT FOLDER). THEN unrar the KDB.rar and put the KDB folder inside your new kitserver folder in your PES5/ directory.
Now, get the new rosters save file by following the PES5ROSE link. This is not clearly marked and makes no mention of it in English. Didn't take me long to work out, but I found it in the end! Standard option file installation.
There are another 2 files - the POWERGOAL.rar and inside the option file rar, VXPatch. I don't know what these do, but I installed them with Dkz studio anyway.
Don't forget to install your relevant language pack - delete the i_text and replace it with your relevent text file.

OK, had a knock about with it, here's my impressions;
It's good, but it's not as good as the Superpatch 2.0 unfortunately. The sad fact is that it is simply not as professionally made - the only thing keeping it on my hard drive is The Doors on the edit screens. Seriously. You'll notice it from the moment the opening screens come on and there's a badly cropped picture just staring at you. Not a good start.
Roy Keane's still at Man Utd. Just something small but this having been released a couple of days ago, is just sloppy. I'm sure there are other things that have gone unchecked.
Kits are nicely done and comprehensive, although the classic teams have not been touched. While I do enjoy editing them myself (the 80s Holland kit from the superpatch 2.0 and butchering of the team to include Van Basten, Gullit and Rijkaard instead of the '74 lineup is criminal), the edit screens for editing the badge and number placement are missing - they are just blank when you go to edit. A gremlin in the patch? I installed everything correctly, and yet I still get this. Weird.
If you want a patch that removes some of the more 'annoying' features of the Superpatch (i.e. the crap music, the outrageous cheering on scoring from both home and away, the dodgy custom faces, the messed around Classic teams), yet retains kits and a feeling of authenticity, then go with this one. Don't expect perfection, though.

how do i turn it to english. I extracted a i_text.afs that is french. No option to change to english so i used my old e_text.
A problem- When i play with any ball(except world cup ball) it crashes once i enter match....hhappens using the french text too.

I tested f_text and don't crash my pes5..maybe is a mdl ball problem with your video card?
