Hello Mars. First of all, thank you. You decide to create the ANT Thread for PC. It is great. I really do not know what is the problem with my PES 2019 and importing of teams :(. Below the example of failure when Giblartar importing:

After that I do not have PEU league and no Giblartar team in any place :(

As you wrote, I really take care of each step and new team is not in the game. Game version 1.05. Data is 5.01. Smoke Patch 19.0.3.

Please help Brother. For me international teams football is very important. In Smoke Patch 19.0.3 there are not about 8 UEFA's teams: Molodova, Kazakhstan, Andorra, Giblartar, Faroe Islands, Kosovo...

I wrote with Patch authors, but for now they do not have plans for add them.

What can I do to have all UEFA's team? From link above with film on youtube you can see what I do each step :(....

On the other hand I have prepared stadium server with about 100 stadiums with map to sider 5 which are designed to all national teams which are SMOKE Patch 19.0.3. Much realistic national stadiums for: Iceland (Laugarsvollur), San Marino (Olimpico Serravalle), Georgia (Dinamo Tbilisi Stadium) and so on... I can upload it and share :)... National teams football really is the best! This time we are in the same Euro qualfiers group :).

Fabrizzo1985, hello! Problem is because of Smoke Patch, because it changed competition structure. You have all teams in "Europe". You have to create clear copy of the game and then you can import teams from my list. These teams replaces other clubs, for example, in PEU League. Import only on clear game with offical patches. ;) Good luck.
