Extreme Mode help

I've just notice that some one has started a thread saying that "EXTREME MODE IS GETTING TO EASY" I didn't even know that a EXTREME MODE existed the only option i get is Game level= Top Player and Master League Level=Very Hard.
So how the hell do you choose the option Mode as being Extreme please could any body let me know it will be much appreciated.

Im guessing when he said EXTREME MODE, he meant top play, very hard...

I'm not quite sure. There is a way to unlock "World-Class". But you will need to finish 5 seaons score 50+ goals in the ML to unlock it.

Different question: What does the "Master League Level" I don't seem to feel any difference when playing against other teams, does it effect COM vs COM?

i guess it affects everything in the ML except the matches, like points and REP and Transfers

The master league level doesnt effect the difficulty of the games just the frequency of transfers and how easy it is to sign players

No, you don't. All you need to do is buy the option from the PES shop. Somewhere in there you'll find an option for a six-star level. A word of warning: It's insanely hard unless you have all the brilliant players like Kaiser and Orellano on your team. You don't even get a second to do something when on the ball. Tackles fly in from everywhere. Yellow and red cards galore. Penalties every other (and sometimes every) game.

I play on five stars and that's hard enough. The most I've ever scored on six stars was a 5-2 beating of Birmingham City in the league.
