Hmmm I am not very familiar with the PS3 patching, I remember it was a hard thing to get it to work, at least on PES 2011 with PS2 hehehe

Straight to the point, I am not sure, maybe there is a way to create your faces on PC and then convert the face files somehow to PS3. I hope you find any answers in the following thread:

tool is working nicely. needed to google a bit but got it working. But the texture is really screwed up

Okay, guys, sorry for the removal, I had to rework the face a little bit. I really believe it was rushed production. The faces were generated much larger than expected. I believe to have fixed that in the new version 2 of the converter. Here it is:

I cannot fix the template texture that's the way it is generated. The reason for that, I suppose, is because the eyes are part of the face model, not like in PES 2011 and previous models. Use the template texture only to match the eyes and lips of your created texture to ease your work in UV mapping in Blender. And don't forget to watch the tutorial video.
