[FACES] Preset faces for unlicensed players

Guys, none of these, really are useful for anything because you can't change the haircut. Personally, if I switched, say, De Bruyne to replicate Julian Brandt then I would play as Leverkusen and the whole look and think, not oh it's Julian Brandt, but OH it's Kevin de Bruyne playing for Leverkusen. What do you do when City play Leverkusen and Brandt and KDB are both playing?

Without change of hairstyle then base copy is pointless.

not if the haircut is also similar as with the two players I proposed for FC Basel 1893, I'm happy with that because it makes the game a little bit more worthwhile...

and after all we still hope they bring back the change of the haircut for preset faces with the next update...

The haircut is really gonna make all the difference to you? Then you'll just think "oh it's Kevin de Bruyne playing for Leverkusen, but with a slightly different haircut?" This doesn't make sense.

Most, if not all, of the suggestions have similar haircuts to the players we're trying to replicate anyway. Not gonna suggest a guy who might look like Brandt but has long black hair, for example.

Some people prefer face builds while some such as myself prefer a preset face that at least looks similar to the player. And they're all suggestions. No one is forcing you to base copy if you don't want to. :tongue:

A lot of the presets barely look like their real-life counterparts anyway.

When I was basecopying Lamela over Elyounoussi it said that I won't be able to "Default" the data due to the fact that he (Elyounoussi) was added by the live update...

Does this mean that in these cases I'd have to write everything down first (or check on pesmaster what is missing there) and to manually change stuff afterwards? Pretty annoying...

Yeah. I couldn't find him on PES Stats Database so I based his stats off of FIFA stats. So he wound up with a 73 OVR, which is more or less what he was before base copying.

Be sure to reset all your Liverpool and Dortmund faces before (or after) the next DLC. Konami should be adding presets for almost everyone, especially prominent players like Mane at Liverpool and Dembele and Pulisic at Dortmund.

Mane, Brandt, and Gabriel Jesus are among those getting presets in the new DLC, so I'm removing them. I'll do the same for any other who get presets.

Yeah, Konami really made a mess of this update. Unlike last month's update, this jumbled all my Bundesliga and Other European teams and players. Disaster.

I also noticed that some players, specifically guys on Liverpool (Karius and Klavan) and Dortmund (Mor) still have generic faces in Edit mode but have presets in-game.

But the worst part is that I'm going to have to reinstall some OFs, which I'm definitely not looking forward to.

Resetting the appearance for these guys whose presets aren't showing up seems to do the trick. Just gotta reset whoever still has a generic face that should have gotten a preset with this last update.
