Im not not sure about U20 but all i do is "Serach by talent" then "Sort by Age" then i press LB or LT(XBOX) or L1 or L2(PS3, PS2) to swap the ability to see the ages and then look for some young players like that.

do advance search and put the normal things that playmakers have like good longball accuracy and speed, agility, top speed, good dribble and if u want jus look at a good DMF and check their abilities and advance search them

Ferdinand is one of the biggest and best defenders in the world!
Defoe is also a very good well known striker!

in my masterleague i bought Defoe and Ferdinand
Defoe becomes 1 of the best strikers
and Ferdinand, well i cant say much about him he just turns absolutly amazin
he is like a brick wall which can run really fast
basically he is like a skinny strong tank with like 50 turbos to make him run like the wind

i didnt think ferdinand was that fast until i looked at his stats, and his defening ability soars in the master league!

and defoe is just a quality player in general, small, agile, quick, natural goal scorer!
