First Impressions of WE9 - NO QUESTIONS.

Been playing WE9 for a week straight now, and the only thing that really pisses me off BIGTIME, is the referees intolerance to shoulder challenges. Really really really fed up with being fouled at almost every fkn time i do an x+[] challenge. R2 challenges are possibly better than ever. Another thing is the L1+triangle..way too powerful most of the time, wish there was a powerbar for it.The game is close to perfekt, and more real than ever. All i hope is for PES5 to correct the annoyances.
the way I felt when 8 came out is that the offense was better than in 7
with 9 I feel the defense is a lot better
I actually had trouble completing the challenge training where I was up against the defense cos they would actually fool me, though it probably won't last long
the game is amazing..once I figure out how to stop fouling all the time and how to protect the ball better it'll be super fun

btw.. the other day in my local store.. i saw we9, but at the bottom it said "100% full english version"i got it out of curiosity.. ill see if it IS english..then i'll let you know.. anyone ever saw something like that before?

I'm surprised to hear that it surfaces in Greece too, I though we only had that stuff floating around here in Asia. (pirated copies).

Winning Eleven 9 is absolute testicles.
The gameplay speed is way turned down from the previous games
Its annoyingly difficult on level 3, the opposition seems to always be faster than you're selves and always reach an open ball 1st, they always win headers no matter how many times you press or how hard you push. when the opo is on the ball they pre-see you're everymove so its amazingly difficult to tackle and when you do manage to get a slide in it goes off for a throw-in, they've made it into a pass/shoot game, it has no flare anymore. whats more is the shooting has gotten out of hand, you seem to be able to score from anywhere, just now i had Pires running away from the net spin and score a top corner stunner, i am very dissapointed in the game so far. only thing good is Arsenal's kit.
i actually found myself activating double gamespeed which for some strange reason made the game easier to run past defenders, go figure that one out...
i'm going to carry on playing it because i'm not defeated yet but if PES5 is going to be as slow and boring as WE9 then i'm not going to buy it and spend my money on some luxury toilet roll
sorry i'm abit pissed off right now because i LOST to a crap club team because my defender thought it would be a good idea to pass the ball back to the keeper a whole 5 second after i asked him to resulting in the ball hitting the goal post and rebounding out to a opo player(no suprise there) for him to tap it into the net and yes.. level 3
anyway thats my slice, might give you the rest of my loaf soon or maybe i will have snapped the gamedisc by then

PES5 is very similar but slightly faster.
I really do hope to god they increase the game speed.
forgot to mension that in 1 match me and a comp opo (man u) had 21 fouls between us, 8 yellow cards, 1 red, 5 injuries and a partridge in a pear tree
