Its clear that PES uses dynamic difficulty balancing. And once I was thinking how I played NFS Porshe Unleashed when I was a kid, it was such a pleasure and still sometimes I play NFS PU - and still enjoy it. And then I realized - NFS PU has fixed difficulty AI, not dynamically balanced. And its still fun. Most of 1st person shooting games also have fixed AI, and many others - they are fun too. So why on earth PES programmers do what they do? And don't tell me football game with fixed AI can not be fun - I remember playing GOAL3 on NES!!! It was great. Also lots of football games with fixed AI on dreamcast on PS one. Great too. But modern PES and FIFA are dynamically balanced. And thats main reason why people hate them. Just look at those videos:
