**FK and Corners - Tips**

I know there are many old posts about corner and FK tips, but I want a new, good thread with all the info we need.

So give your FK/Corner tips.

press select button for the second player(kicker) n make him to pass u the ball (pressing R3 analog stick down,full energy)targeting the post near the keepers side,hold the up direction (pad) n R1,then shot the ball with the energy at the middle or lower(shootin bar)

keeper lives his side n he goes to keep th other post when your mate pass u the ball for the shot..

in corners target the long pass in area with no players at the heart of the box(penalty spot) with half shooting bar _____|_____

When taking free kicks say your taking it with beckham, veron etc always aim for the side where the goalkeeper is standing your guaraneted to score 8/10 depending on how close to goal you are.

with any fk taker u have the chance to score in empty nets bcause the keeper used to left his side after yours mate pass for shot

Corners

this is a great little technique:

when taking a corner from the left use a right footer and from the right use a left footer. move the man taking the corner so he is facing the outside of the 18 yard box . . .hit it with O full power and he should plant the ball to the full back who is running in, strike it first time and he should hit it perfectly!

trust me this works!!

can anyone verify whether using Triangle and X has any effect on dipping the ball during a free kick ?

if you use X the ball is lowered a bit. so therefore if you hit [] more than you're supposed to maybe you're still in the chance of it coming on target

When taking free kicks inside the half circle on the edge of the 18 yard box aim for the corner where the keeper isnt stood and use the circle for playstation or b button for xbox then simply press it as quickly as possible so tap it in effect it will go in every time but you have to be inside the d.

I found out 2day if u get a freekick dead on u can score it by pressin circle, it seemed 2 work 4/5 times, and in a corner always aim for penalty spot and then curl it 2wards goal

when u get a free kick on in between 18 to 20 yards from goal. tap circle very lightly and hold up and aim for the corner that the wall is covering and the player should chip the ball over the wall and into the net with the goaly no way near it. easy peasy!! UP THE HAMMERS!!!

with a kick taker with over 80 sht powerclose to goal aim for the keepers side and only use low power and hold up and he will blast the ball into the corner and it works erlly well most times.

i scored a cracker of a freekick earlier with henry form 22yds out curled into top right peter cech was jumping all over the shop

Rofl, they're the ONLY buttons you can use from a free kick aren't they?

Oh and if your on the left side of the goal between 19-22 yards out use Rivelinho and power it into the side of the goal that the keeper is standing on, it works most times.

Simple corner tip that usually goes un-noticed for whatever reason.

Buy tall defenders! I've got one called Raukers, just aim for the tallest man and 8/10 times he'll head it in.

simple goal from a corner
dont aim - just stay on the defualt angle whrn you get a corner
curve the lob towards the goal with the up arow ....if the keeper wont go out it should be an easy close range header
