They have no good players, have no budget and cant even sign a few good players!

Which is EXACTLY why we should play as them.

Yes but the real test would be taking over a team who can't sign all those players you are used to signing with other teams. You can sign players with Hrvatski Dragovoljac, just probably not the ones you're used to signing. I think this is the perfect way to do it.

I'm happy to be one of these Slovakian/Slovenian type teams.

The beginning date and finishing date have to be more than 1 week like last time. Maybe 3 weeks? or a month?

I'd agree with that as there was no chance of me finishing in a week. I'd say three weeks seems fair to finish one season.
