What the fuck is with players in need of rest? I fucking set them to rest in training, let them sit out a couple of games, then I play them again and they need more fucking rest :angry:

Anyone know anything about the save game editor going around, I need one to change a few things and I don't want to lose what I've already done.

I found it and downloaded it but it then say's I need '.NET Framework version 1.1.4322 to run it and the only way to get it is by searching for updates on microsoft.com but when I search it just keeps giving me security updates, getting annoyed anyone have similar problem or know about .NET framework (1.1)?

How did you get Crespo to sign for you during the first season?

Whenever I've signed a player who is currently on loan, I only get them once the loan deal has expired. And Crespo's loan deal doesn't expire until the end of the 2004/2005 season.

RE: Crespo. I'm not sure how I got him immediately, tried the same this season with someone else who was on loan in Italy and had to wait until Christmas to get him. Maybe it's a glitch or something.

Well worth it though, him and Forssell knocked in 30 odd goals each that season.

Now I've got Manchester United coming at me with £25m for Bierofka :laugh:

other players include both Tevez and Cavenaghi, Kompany, Iniesta and Cesc, Djemba Djemba (was transfer listed very cheap), Salomon Kalou (quality young winger),Per Kroldrup, Edixon Perea, Michael Rensing, and a few Atletico players who were there when i arrived.

For any wondering, assembling this squad led to around 20m in debt at one point, but it paid quite well in the end. In the summer window, Mancini was sold for 40m to Barca, and i picked up Gilardino and Cassano on free transfers. How i'll fit them into the lineup i dont yet know..

i got crespo playin for my everton team its easy i got him on a free cos his contract was not protected simple lol i just bought java guerrero ..hes a class player i got him on a free too cso of the contract protection thing lol happy days for me lol owww yer an carlos tevez is the best player on it

On 03/04 it was

My Computer > C > Program Files > Eidos > CM 03-04 > Database > db.

So I'd imagine

My Computer > C > Program Files > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2005 > data > db.

Not certain but that makes sense.

EDIT: Yeah, thats right. Have a look HERE at the EDT/DDT stuff.

Yeah, it is a bug in the game where Crespo returns from his loan at AC Milan as soon as he has accepted a contract at another club. Handy.
