Typical... theres always good players from South America and all that but the work permit gets in the way. In the old CM games they had a patch that made work permits be easy to get for anyone...

when i was liverpool i bought guarin.the work permit first of all wasnt accepted then you have to appeal against it.always works for me

guarin usually gets refused for a work permit. to sign him i find appealing against the decision usually gets it overturned at the start of the game. this is a lengthy process and as a result it can be hard to get him to join your team before the start of the premiership or championship. he s willing to join championship sides and is a great buy to help build a strong midfield.

You might have to have more backrounds leagues or just load players from certain Nations...

I've never had a problem with a work permit for Guarin.

Ya same he went to Pool, first work permit turned down then i appelaed and he got one

If your a english team i find signing Aussie players easily they never have work permits turned down so you have to cancel the move, they always come
