I started a new season with Everton. I'm flying at the moment, 10 games in and i'm 2nd in the league. Beattie my top goalscorer with 15 in 10, shit hot! Got a few exelltn players which i can't mention as i'll be using them in my Sunderland season.;):tongue:

On the player instructions section theres a option for you to swap your players posistions with another player. If that makes sence.:mellow:

I have a few secret weapons of my own;) they might be hard to keep at a lower divisiion team though as they become so good with the right training....

Zganiacz, Guarin, Ador, Alcades(GK), Kasper Schmeichel(GK), Pitu, Mokoena, Kerlon(if you buy him early in the game you can get him for around 6-7million)

Training only matters when it comes to developing players, I feel. I don't think it's really necessary in a one season game.
