Are our online ratings kept for when PES comes out on Friday or do they get reset?

Also what were peoples experiences of online?

I played 4 games, two wins, two losses. In all the games I was the only person with a green connection. I experienced slight button lag but nothing serious. Looking forward to playing online this year, I barely played 20 games on PES2009. :)

Hopefully reset. Its woefully unfair the amount of games ive lost due to the button delay. Letting inscrappy pieces of crap and then having 4 1 on 1s only for Buffon to save them all. Its happend every game. Plz reset them.

What are the options online?

Is it the normal-quick match, set up(host) room etc?

I had heard that you can now enter a CL tournament online with 20 other or so online gamers and that you can be any team you want. Ie; wolves, and that nobody can be the same team in the tournament and you play in a mini CL group and if you don't qualify you get knocked out of the group & off line? While the winning teams keep battling online for the final? is this true? Got no idea where i heard this-but i did somewhere. Also, what are the options for online games 'time'. Is it still 5mins/10mins or is the 15min option back?

^^ Ok thanks. Is there an option to quit the match early if the other player has shitty lag? ie; rather than having to quit the game on the console? That's really annoying.
Or do they envisage excellent online lag free?

There are no match options available in the demo. The matches are 10mins and are lag free even with a red connection but instead of lag you get button delay which can be as bad if not worse.

If its not perfect buy real release il be pissed, 3 years of shit online is a joke. if you can games like cod with like 16 players running fine why cant they get a game of 1 v 1 working
