form is total "popycock"?

During my experience in playing BaL, I've come to notice that the player's form (arrows) really doesn't make any (positive) difference.. sure, my player gets outrunned and struggles even harder to hit a decent shot or pass accurately while having ''bad'' form, but i don't feel as though the situation is reverse when he's supposedly in top shape!

That aside, my teammates appear to be even less affected by the whole ''form deal''.. for example, I'm currently playing in Man U. alongside some excellent players such as rooney and ibrahimović (not a single one below 82 overall), who, on occasion play well as expected of them.. but then almost as often, the actions they perform during the entire match just makes me sit there quietly and shake my head in tears.. seriously, it's that bad.. and the worst part? i check their ''form'', and not a single one is playing below regular (green arrow), in fact most of them have either orange or even red arrows!? what's up with that?

Also, does anyone else feel that the form variability (at least with your own player) isn't really necessary? I mean, your abilities already vary due to your own ''form'', if you will ... do we really need to be additionally handicapped?

If I'm on red I tend to win more challenges etc and hit the target more accurately. I have 4 for form and in my full 1st season have only had 2 blues and one purple. Green, yellow and red the rest of the time.

I think the main differences are in the physical attributes. I've noticed this especially whilst playing ML. For example, the worse form they're in, the quicker their stamina bar will go down.

I think team mates form doesnt make much diffrence becuase they all the make same mistakes every game but i think thats the way its programed but i play for AC milan and on paper we should never have a bad game with the players we have

correction! bad form really does affect your teammates! it makes them play even worse.. it's the supposedly ''good'' form that does nothing!

but the ''best'' part of it is that bad form seems to occur only on every single incredibly critical occasion in the season.. in my case, the CL semis, and for a match against arsenal, which practically decided the league winner.. it just pisses me off!

The defense, despite being great on paper, already makes retarded decisions as it is.. decisions which cost us at least a goal or two in basically EVERY match.. against whoever! .. however, during those extra critical matches, 80% of the team (mostly defenders) have either blue or even purple form arrows .. needless to say, the games are nearly impossible to win, unless you somehow singlehandedly manage to provide a 3+ surplus of goals for your team.. it's quite a struggle, especially early on in BaL..

I never check the form status, but it is quite funny how my Paris SG plays great the entire first half of the season. Only had one loss in the league and CL group stage.

Then comes the CL quarter against Atletico Madrid and all of the sudden, all players turn into retards. Defenders lose balls in the first minutes and just let the opposition jog through our box and score 2 goals in the opening 5 minutes. On the opposite side of the pitch, I set up some team mate who proceeds to miss a chance on an open goal from 2 meters. At the same time, we lose in Frech Cup to Marseille, and a handful of league games...just enough for Bordeaux to catch up and go past us.
