I've played a demo of Far Cry and thought it was ok. Looks stunning but I didn't appreciate aspects of the demo so didn't bother although people speak highly of it.

Man have any of you guys got Farcry, just got it off a mate a few days ago and it is absolutely amazing. It is very realistic too(thus far) and it is a lot more easy to get into in my opinion than the likes of Doom.I ususally prefer the realistic shooters over the zombie/alien style things, but seriously you should check it out.
Far Cry is horrible

aint reasly into fps aint very good plus the only ones i was gud at were halo 1 and 2 prob due to the health being restored lol cud never play it on consoles never cud get the control system cant aim to save myself, i think i'll stick to sport games, racing games, and third person adventure games, i love em where all the decent puzzle games gone like monkey island or beneath a steel sky and broken sword theres just nothing except kill ppl kill ppl kill ppl lol sorry or monster and robots

Timesplitters 2 - Most fun FPS ever.
Killzone - Even though many critics slated it, IMO I thought it was a pretty intense game with a decent storyline.
Goldeneye - Redefined FPS.
Perfect Dark - Technically better than Goldeneye.

I beg your pardon?
At the minute I'm playing Half Life 2 and it is just awesome for want of a better word. The use of physics is amazing. The guns are cool, especially the Magnum, and the gravity gun, but for killing the little zombie things it has to be the crowbar.

I enjoyed the Halo games, and all the Timesplitters games in their time.

Top spot though is definitely Half Life 2.

Original?

Nah, no offence to the 360 but PC just dicks all over it where FPS is concerned.

Not really, it depends entirely whether you prefer a mouse or a pad.

As for Condemned, it's a cracking game with a lot of atmosphere and so far an intriguing storyline, better than any Resident Evil game.

jMz, long time no see how are you doing?

Since they have fixed CoD2 for the 360, i'll have to go with that. But with Battlefield 2 coming out soon, my opinion might change.
Oblivion or Battlefield

Battlefield 2. I have it on the X Box and the graphics and gameplay is really, really good. I rarely enjoy those type of games but this one (all Army ones in general) really appeal to me. Great game.
