I can only guess he means it for teams near the relegation spots, giving them the advice to be safe (above relegation spots) by crimbo, cause youll probably be going down, although theres no logic to that seeming as though theres no lower leagues. Although someone said there was for Pes6, but I doubt it.

That's one thing i'm always hoping will improve on PES but never does, the fucking commentary, it seems to be amusing when you're playing multiplayer but when you're playing single player it annoys the shit out of you.

Ah well it still pisses all over Fifa so it gets my vote every time.

The Japanese commentator does have a habit of saying English words every now and then.
