just use the xbox pad its actaull prtti good when you get goign with it
i have a ps2 pad convereter and dont use it
coz i think its harder to learn to use the :L2: and :R2: instead of :L1: n :R1: than it is to get used to the xbox pad as on the pad converter :L1: :R1: and not used so its just awckward
You can switch the R1 with R2 in button config so you only need to figure out how to use L1 and L2 swapped.
I much prefer the PS2 controller as I use R2 often.
You can get the Dreambox convertor from sites such as:
I've been using the Xbox S pad and although it's good, I'm having trouble with the triggers over the shoulder buttons. I too Zyg am a heavy R2 user but it's tricky with the black and white buttons, and the super cancel on the S pad is not as intuitive. Is the dreambox the best out there, there's an atomic play one on simply games for £7.99, but is it worth paying a bit more for the dreambox?
I'm getting quite good at using the black button on the xbox pad for dribbling and stuff, but the layout makes it basically impossible to use it with any of the 'kick' buttons, for lobbed crosses or cancelling kicks etc...and sometimes i launch a long pass when i try to hit the black button to sidestep...
but i don't have a PS2 joypad, and i don't really like them so i'll just make do with the xbox pad, atleast until someone brings out a gamecube adaptor.
