Geijo - 5,000pts per season!

I have just passed the halfway point in a 6 star season, and have won every single match so far. At the halfway point transfer window I listed all players by wages and saw that the highest wage earner/demander was a Swiss chap called Geijo. He commands 5,000pts exactly per season and cost 40,000 transfer fee (He even had no team). His stats are really very average and he appears to have no redeeming qualities whatsoever. I bought him but only because my team has a bank balance that would make Roman Abramovich blush.

He's a pile of cack. Has anyone else experienced this idiot player and can anyone cast any light on why he is so astronomically expensive? Is it a bug?

Is this Geijo guy on all versions of the game or is he just a part of some patches? I have the Wolf Evo Patch and he is definitely in there.

i have seen him in edit mode and if i do a specific search for like young players he always shows up he has no name on my game and there is about 45 of him.

he's a piece of shit, u should get him, when u pick your 3 players, I pick ronaldinho and him, then u can transfer with a big name.... get it??

This must be a glitch. In my game I did a search for Geijo and he had the lowest salary at 195. But I do remember that in my last ML that he had a Salary of 5,000 points

That may be the case for you katz but for me that's not the case. Just aquired GEIJO the last round of the first season. He has made three appearances for us (UPTOWN TORONTO- create original team mode) and already has 4 goals in three games, he got injured in the last game of our first season for six weeks which meant that he would miss all of our pre-season matches so there has been no chance to develop him more, the focal point will mainly be his attacking statistics. GEIJO is going to fit in well with my plans for the team and I'm thinking of making him first chioce CF come 2nd season but man what a find!!!
Also I did wheeling and dealing for him at negotiation time, I ended up getting him for around 3000 WEN. Negotiations just went in my favor and he agreed to play for us for 3yrs at 3000.
So far from how he's played for us from the three games I think that GEIJO is a good CF and will be even better when I get the next chance to develop him. He's filled BAROTA's space just fine and was beginning to be the best CF on the team which was HUYLENS until then.

GEIJO DOES IT AGAIN!!!
He just came back from being injured all pre-season and first game back in our 2nd match he scores the goal to give us our first 3pts of the year, what a beautiful one timer from about 17-16yrds out.
This guy must just love playin in the T.DOT people, that's all I can come up with cuz he works well for me. PEACE OUT!!!
